10 days 85 Hour Pregnancy yoga teacher training program is designed with the guidance and suggestions of Ayurvedic doctors and Gynaecologists.
It covers philosophical and anatomical concepts of all 3 phases: Pre-Conception, Antenatal and Postnatal, philosophical concepts inspired from our ancient scriptures such as Garbha Upanishads, Samkhya Yog by Kapil Muni, Slimed Bhagwan Geeta by Lord Krishna, Puranas (Skanda Purana, Sri Harivamsa Purana and Srimad Bhagwat Mahapurana by Vyas Ji); Garbh Samskara from Ayurveda led by certified Ayurvedic Doctor; practice of asanas and yogic practices from Garbha Upanishads that can be practiced during all the 3 trimesters.
85 hour Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher training course will not just help yoga teachers to guide their prenatal ladies for healthy pregnancy; but will also help their students with different issues like infertility, Prenatal complications such as hypertension, thyroid, diabetes etc.. and Postnatal complications such as Postpartum Depression.

Yoga Kulam is a Registererd Yoga School with Yoga Alliance (RPYS85). After succesful completion of the course, we will award you the 85- hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RPYS85) accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA. This certificate is recognized internationally by Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Federation. This means that you will have the rights to teach yoga anywhere on the globe. The course is also certified by the Indian Yoga Alliance for 85 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Throughout the 4 weeks of your course, you will be trained by our efficient and experienced teachers with a prime motive to mould you into a better practitioner and an expert teacher. The evaluation is the final step of your journey. Every day is infact a preparation for the final evaluation.
Over the course period our teachers would ensure that you are all set to be a certified yoga teacher. It is mandatory that you complete all 6 modules of the course. The assesment will be conducted in 3 segments: oral, written and practical. Though we call it ‘evaluation’, the process doesn’t have the stress of an examination. It is all about knowing how much you have learned during your journey.
We strongly recommend wearing loose, breathable cotton clothing, allowing your skin—and especially the navel area—to breathe freely and remain comfortable throughout the extensive practice sessions.
For these reasons, we discourage wearing leggings, which are often made from synthetic fabrics treated with PFAS ("forever chemicals")—known to cause hormone disruption, thyroid dysfunction, and even certain cancers—and BPA, another endocrine-disrupting chemical linked to long-term health risks.

When your deposit is made, your spot in the batch and the accommodation is confirmed. Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable.
You may pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
If you cancel your booking 10 days prior to the course start date, the deposited will be forfeited however the remaining amount will be refunded back or will be given the option to transfer the booking to a different date.
Any cancellations on or after the 10th day prior to the course start date will be 100% non-refundable.
