Daily taking 5 to 6 hours of yoga sessions takes strength as well as stamina. Our thoughtfully crafted menu nourishes your body and supports your yoga practice. Depending on the schedule and situation, we plan weekly excursions which includes, hiking/trekking, swimming/boating at the lake, overnight stay in nature/camping (with additional cost), visiting local monuments, famous temples and tourist attractions.

Health and Fitness: Participation at Yogakulam Academy requires a reasonable level of physical fitness and good health. People with health conditions like mild asthma, controlled hypertension, and minor musculoskeletal issues can apply.
Yoga Experience: While prior yoga experience is not mandatory, it is beneficial to be somewhat familiar with yoga practice and its basic postures.
Commitment and Attitude: A sincere commitment to learning and embracing the yogic lifestyle is essential. A positive attitude and an open mind for self-discovery are highly encouraged.
Language Proficiency: Many programs are conducted in English, so a basic understanding of English may be required for effective communication and comprehension.
Upon successfully completing our 100 hour yoga course in Nepal, students can apply with the yoga alliance or any prevailing yoga federation in your country. This certificate confirms that students have fulfilled the required training hours and the program's learning objectives.
For your knowledge, after the completion of a 100 Hour yoga course from an RYS 100 Yoga School (Registered Yoga School who have attained the permission from yoga alliance after completing the necessary documentations), you become qualified to register yourself with the Yoga Alliance, USA for a designation of RYT 100 ( Registered Yoga teacher at 100 Hours Level).
For students who want to progress in the field and upgrade their level, they need to complete the next 200hour, 300 hours of yoga teacher training to apply for a certification as RYT 500 Hours with Yoga Alliance.
We strongly recommend wearing loose, breathable cotton clothing, allowing your skin—and especially the navel area—to breathe freely and remain comfortable throughout the extensive practice sessions.

The center takes care of the same with nutritious plant based meals that nourish the body from within. Prepared by a team of expert chefs, the center serves wholesome yogic meals, with the intent to pamper and nourish the souls of budding yogis. Enjoy leisurely farm to table meals that are prepared according to the principles of Ayurveda and immerse in a unique food experience.
Vegetarian balanced meals are offered to the students to nourish their body, mind, and soul. To cope up with the intensive training, the meals are served thrice a day and accompany refreshing herbal tea and drinks. The meals are prepared mindfully under the vigilance of Ayurveda Professionals.
Hygiene and nutrition are given top priority at our school; therefore, fresh ingredients are used for every meal. Our special Ayurveda recipes will ensure that you are well-fed and getting the right nutrition.
Light and protein-rich foods such as salads, toast, porridge, nuts, etc are served for Breakfast. Lunch includes a traditional Ayurvedic thali with chapati, rice, lentils, vegetables, and yogurt. Dinner is a combination of cooked vegetables and Ayurvedic food.
If you cancel your booking 10 days prior to the course start date, the deposited will be forfeited however the remaining amount will be refunded back or will be given the option to transfer the booking to a different date.

Nepal is well connected to India through highways and the main entry points are Kakkarbhitta in West Bengal, Biratnagar in Bihar, and Sunauli, Dhangadi and Mahendranagar in Uttar Pradesh. You can take a cab or bus from these destinations to reach Pokhara with ease.
